Sergey Blotskiy ("we", "us", or "our") built the PlaneTrix mobile application (the "App") as a free game. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.

PlaneTrix is designed with your privacy in mind. We collect minimal data:

• Game Progress Data: Your game progress, high scores, level data, and settings are stored locally on your device using Unity PlayerPrefs. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.
• No Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.
• No Account Required: The App does not require you to create an account or sign in.

2. Analytics

The App may in the future integrate third-party analytics services to help us understand how the App is used and to improve the user experience. If analytics are added, this policy will be updated accordingly. Any analytics integration will be limited to anonymous, aggregated usage data and will comply with applicable privacy laws.

3. Advertising

The App may in the future include third-party advertising. If ads are integrated, ad providers may collect certain device information (such as advertising identifiers) in accordance with their own privacy policies. We will update this policy before any ad integration goes live and will provide appropriate consent mechanisms where required by law.

4. Children's Privacy

PlaneTrix is a puzzle game suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Since the App does not collect any personal data, it is safe for use by players of all ages. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child, we will take immediate steps to delete such information.

5. Data Storage and Security

All game data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate any servers that store your data. The security of your game data depends on the security of your device.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including:

• Right of Access: You can request information about your data. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full access at all times.
• Right to Erasure: You can delete all game data by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data through your device settings.
• Right to Rectification: Since no personal data is collected, there is no personal data to correct.
• Right to Data Portability: Game data is stored in standard Unity PlayerPrefs format on your device.
• Right to Object: You may object to any future data processing by contacting us at the email below.

7. Your Rights Under CCPA

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with specific rights regarding your personal information:

• Right to Know: You have the right to know what personal information is collected. As stated above, PlaneTrix does not collect personal information.
• Right to Delete: You can delete all App data by uninstalling the App.
• Right to Opt-Out: We do not sell personal information to third parties.
• Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.

8. Third-Party Services

The App currently does not use any third-party services that collect user data. If third-party services are integrated in the future (such as analytics or advertising), their respective privacy policies will apply, and this policy will be updated to reflect those changes.
